Ann Street (1)

This elegant example of Georgian domestic architecture was sympathetically refurbished to create a real sense of light and space.

We began by enlarging the kitchen on the garden level so that it opened out onto a new conservatory, designed to complement the home’s gracious proportions.  Now a delightful family area, this whole room is flooded with natural daylight.  The reception rooms were returned to their original splendour, with restored panelling, stripped woodwork and new oak floors.

As ever in a Tremmel property, we complemented all of this fine architecture with a range of modern kitchen units and bathroom fixtures, the latter making the most of original columns, fluted pilasters and Regency cornices.
