Kinnear Road

A 1930s house in Inverleith, which was opened up to create flowing living spaces for the owner. 

A large orangery was created to lead off this kitchen/family living space.  The overall feeling of space and light is evident from the pictures.  Upstairs a new master bedroom with ensuite bathroom and shower, together with dressing room was created.

An attic conversion provided a second floor with large bedroom, shower room and study.
